What we can do, though, is share some tips with you so that you can give your immune system a boost.
We have been using herbs as medicine for over centuries. They’ve pretty much been around since the beginning of time, and have amazing properties. That’s why we bring you some spices that will help you boost your immune system. We tell you why.
Garlic
Although garlic is famous for its strong smell, it has incredible properties that will leave you in awe. It can be called the “natural antibiotic”, as it has detoxing properties. The good thing is, it doesn’t come with all of the side-effects artificial antibiotics might have. Garlic can also be included in almost any meal. It’s super versatile.
You can use it as a condiment, or even as an essential ingredient to your meal. Creativity is key. For example, whenever you’re making some toast with butter, you can sprinkle some garlic on top and voilà, you’ll be enjoying a super tasty and healthy snack.
Basil
Basil is typical in Italian dishes like pasta or even pizza. It’s super tasty and you can easily ad it to any meal. The good thing about it, is that even if we didn’t know about it’s amazing properties, we’d still eat it! We’re still going to tell you about how great it is, though.
Basil has many essential oils that are good for your health. These essential oils have properties that con really boost your immune system. Also, your appetite will become better because it stimulates liver cells. For this reason, too, basil can relief certain liver infections.
Ginger
You’ve probably heard about ginger having great properties for your overall health, especially for when you get a cold. It naturally boosts your immune system and it gets rid of toxins in your body. This means it cleanses your lymphatic system.
Ingesting ginger is easiest done in the form of tea. Boil some chopped ginger in water and let is sit for a couple of minutes. It’s that easy. You can also choose to add ginger to your salads or any other meals you can think of.
Oregano
This herb also goes amazingly well on Italian food. It’s typically added to pizza. Oregano contains a super strong antioxidant, which is why it’s great for you immune system. On top of that, it has inflammation inhibiting properties and it can be positive for certain conditions like osteoporosis. It’s a great herb because it provides an extra tastiness, and it goes well with everything.
