Salmon (Omega-3’s)

Lentils (Zinc)
Finally, Zinc is necessary to boost your brain power, and strengthen your immunity-system. Many nutritionists advice of a meal-plan that consists of legumes or lentils at least twice a week. In fact, lentils are super rich in zinc, as well as grass-fed beef, cashews, and mushrooms.
